Cookie policy
Effective October 11, 2026.
This policy explains how Parcel, operated by Lumen Collective LLC, uses cookies and similar browser storage. It adds to the Privacy policy. Questions can be sent to support@parcelexport.com.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, let a site keep information in your browser without a cookie.
Storage Parcel needs to work
Parcel itself does not set cookies. It keeps a few items in your browser’s local and session storage so the exporter works: export IDs and recovery keys so you can return to your results, a pending export or download, your Agency key if you use the Agency plan, and your cookie choice. These items are needed for the service you ask for, are not used for tracking, and stay in your browser until you clear them.
Analytics cookies
If you choose Accept in the cookie banner, Parcel loads Google Analytics, provided by Google, to count visits and see which pages are useful. Nothing is loaded before you accept. If you decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics is not loaded and sets no cookies.
With these cookies, Google receives the page you view (its path and any campaign tags only; the rest of the address, including private return links, recovery tokens and export keys, is never sent), the page title, the referring website, your browser and device type, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and how long you stay. Parcel does not send your CSV, product data, email address or payment details to Google Analytics, keeps Google’s advertising features turned off, and keeps analytics data for 14 months. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.
Payment pages
When you pay, Stripe or PayPal may set their own cookies on their own checkout pages. Their cookie policies apply there.
Changing your choice
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to accept or decline at any time. Declining removes Google Analytics cookies from your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; Parcel works without analytics cookies.
This policy may be updated as the service changes; the effective date identifies the current version.
