How to export from Webflow

In the Webflow Designer, open CMS, choose the collection with your images and click Export, then Download CSV.

02

Upload the CSV here. Check the image columns Parcel picked, then choose slug or SKU filenames.

03

Download a ZIP with a folder for each item, an image details spreadsheet and a report of any failed downloads.

Column names and a sample file are in the CSV guide.

What you get

Good to know

Which columns hold images

Webflow names the columns after your own fields, so Parcel looks for the ones that hold image links, up to 20 columns per file. If it isn’t sure, it asks you to check them before you continue, and you can change them at any time.

Same photo in two fields

If one upload is used in two fields of an item, such as Main Image and Thumbnail, it is saved once.

What’s included

Photos in image, multi-image and file fields are included; PDFs, videos and other documents in file fields are left out. Photos inside rich-text fields aren’t included. Parcel downloads JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP and AVIF photos; SVG and TIFF files aren’t downloaded.

Drafts

Webflow exports draft items too, so their images are included.

Localized sites

Webflow exports the locale you are viewing. If your site has several locales with their own images, export each one and upload each file.

A few things you might be wondering.

Which Webflow exports work?

CSV exports of a CMS collection, from the Designer’s CMS panel. If your file has Slug, Collection ID and Item ID columns, Parcel can read it.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Use Webflow’s own export, then upload the CSV here. Parcel never asks for your Webflow login.

How are items counted?

Each CMS item with at least one image counts once, however many image fields it has.

Are images resized?

No. You get the files exactly as Webflow stores them.

Parcel is an independent tool, not affiliated with Webflow.
