Terms of use

Effective October 12, 2026.

These terms govern use of Parcel’s image-export service. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy. Review the no-refund policy before purchasing an export.

Parcel is operated by Lumen Collective LLC (“we” or “us”). Contact us at support@parcelexport.com.

What Parcel provides

Parcel reads a product export file (CSV) from a supported store platform and retrieves the supported public image URLs in it to produce a ZIP file with your chosen filenames, product folders, and optional manifests. The supported platforms are listed on the CSV guide. Parcel does not connect to your store’s admin, edit your store or listings, or provide long-term image storage.

Where Parcel offers a layout for a marketplace, such as an Amazon image pack, it names and arranges the files for that marketplace. It does not upload them, and you are responsible for checking them against that marketplace’s current rules.

Your responsibilities

Use Parcel only for images and information you own or have permission to access, download, and use. Downloading an image does not grant ownership or a license to it. You are responsible for checking the CSV, export options, saved results, and your intended use of the files. If your export downloads images from a store’s own website, you confirm that you own or run that website or have permission to download from it. Parcel downloads from a store’s website a few images at a time, identifies itself as ParcelBot, and stops if the website refuses.

Do not upload sensitive customer information, credentials, or payment details. Do not bypass access controls or usage limits, interfere with other users, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Access or processing may be limited to protect the service from misuse.

Supported files and export results

Supported URLs and limits appear on the CSV guide and pricing page. Parcel exports the exact files available at the supplied URLs. A URL that points to a resized image produces that resized file. Image URLs may change, expire, or become unavailable, and an export may complete partially or fail. Before payment, Parcel may test-download a few images to check that the source allows downloads. If the test fails, checkout is not offered for that export.

One ZIP file is produced. Download your package and check any failed-downloads.csv report. The sample files are for testing Parcel and should not be imported into a store to change its catalog.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD before payment. One-time purchases are per export. Paid saved packages are prepared before checkout; payment is required to unlock downloads. One verified payment unlocks the complete ZIP and redownloads within the existing access window. Only payment methods shown as available can be used. The same prices apply whichever platform your file comes from. The pricing page explains what counts as a product for each platform.

Agency subscription

The Agency plan is a monthly subscription in USD, billed in advance through Stripe and renewing automatically each month until cancelled. Each plan includes a set number of exports per billing month as a fair-use allowance: Agency Lite, 10 exports for $49; Agency Pro, 25 exports for $99; Agency Max, 60 exports for $199. The plans on offer and their prices are shown on the pricing page before you subscribe. A change of plan takes effect at your next renewal. Each export can hold up to 1 GB of images. Every plan also includes priority placement in the processing queue and white-label output. White-label means the ZIP file and its manifest and failed-downloads reports carry no Parcel branding; Parcel’s website, results pages and emails are not white-labelled. Exports beyond the monthly allowance may be purchased at the one-time prices.

You may cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid month and then ends. Subscription payments are not refunded for unused exports or for part of a month, except where required by law. If a renewal payment fails, new agency exports pause until payment succeeds; completed exports remain downloadable for their normal access window. A disputed charge suspends the account until the dispute is resolved. Your agency key is a secret: anyone holding it can run exports on your plan, and you are responsible for keeping it private and for exports started with it. Agency exports are otherwise subject to the same file limits, retention and processing terms as any export.

Completed purchases are final and discretionary refunds are not offered. Changing your mind, selecting the wrong settings, or missing the download deadline does not qualify for a refund. Billing errors and exceptions required by applicable law are handled as described in the no-refund policy.

Recovery, expiry, and retries

Saved exports continue after the tab closes when background processing is available. Keep your private recovery link to return from another browser or device.

Processing has a 24-hour deadline from submission. Results remain accessible for 24 hours after becoming ready. Paying or retrying does not extend that access window. Individual download links last up to one hour, never past the package’s expiry, and can be renewed from the results page. Download and keep your own copies before expiry.

Partial or failed work may be retried up to twice when the results page offers that option. Successful images are reused. Retrying does not guarantee that an unavailable source image can be recovered.

Availability and estimates

Processing times are estimates. Queues, file sizes, source-server availability, usage limits, and service interruptions can delay or prevent processing. Parcel does not promise uninterrupted availability, a fixed completion time, or recovery of every source image. The service is provided as available, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Support and billing questions

Use the support page for recovery steps and billing-review instructions. Keep the export ID and payment receipt. A recorded review request does not promise a refund or a particular response time.

Independent service and updates

Parcel is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify, Squarespace, WooCommerce, Webflow, Wix, Amazon, or any merchant. Platform names are used only to say which files Parcel works with and remain the property of their owners. Sample files use Fernhollow, a made-up brand.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Updated terms apply to use after their effective date; they do not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
