How the two compare: one-time prices count the products in a single export; the Agency plan counts exports, and each one can hold any number of products. Fair use is your plan’s number of exports per billing month. Beyond that, exports run at the one-time prices above until the month resets, or you move to a larger plan. Agency exports are processed ahead of one-time exports; a one-time export that has waited more than ten minutes is treated the same way, so nobody is left behind. White-label means the ZIP and its manifest and failed-downloads files carry no Parcel branding; the website and emails still do. Access continues to the end of a cancelled month; there are no refunds for part of a month.
What counts as a product?
Pricing counts the products in your file that have at least one image link Parcel reads. The table below says exactly what counts for each platform. Multiple images of one product count as one product, and products with no image link Parcel reads do not count. The same tiers apply to every platform. Review the parsed count before starting; source-image failures do not automatically lower the quoted product tier.
| Your file | What counts as one product |
|---|---|
| Shopify | Each distinct product handle with at least one supported image link. |
| Squarespace | Each product with at least one supported image. Variant rows count with their product. |
| WooCommerce | Each product with at least one supported image. Variations count with their product. |
| Webflow | Each CMS item with at least one image link in the columns Parcel reads, SVG and TIFF included. |
| Wix | Each product with at least one supported image. Variant and photo rows count with their product. |
| Amazon image pack | The products in the Shopify file it is made from, counted the same way as a Shopify export. |
What is included?
Choose filenames based on SKU, product handle, or the original filename; group files by product or in a single folder; and include an image manifest. Unsuccessful image downloads are listed in failed-downloads.csv. Every package is delivered as one ZIP file.
Prepare first, pay when downloading
When paid exports are available, saved packages are prepared before checkout. Review the saved and failed image counts and the displayed price before paying. A package with no saved images cannot be purchased through the normal download flow. One payment unlocks the complete ZIP and redownloads until the package expires.
Completed purchases are final; no discretionary refunds. If your export fails because of a technical problem on our side, contact support and we will refund it. Read the no-refund policy and terms before checkout.
File and usage limits
CSV uploads have a 10 MB limit. Each export supports up to 10,000 images, with a 20 MB limit per image. Saved exports allow up to 300 MB of image data for free packages and 1 GB for paid and Agency packages. The paid tiers remain subject to these limits. If a free export (up to 25 products) goes past 300 MB, you can upgrade it to a paid export for $5, which allows up to 1 GB.
Saved processing allows five new jobs per client per day and two active jobs per client. Up to 10 exports process at once across the service. When more are waiting, exports take turns, and your export page shows your place in line and an estimated wait. Transfer and download limits may delay processing or downloads. Split oversized catalogs into smaller exports.
How long are files available?
Saved results remain accessible for 24 hours after the package becomes ready. The window starts before payment; paying and retrying do not extend it. Individual download links last up to one hour, never past the package’s expiry, and can be renewed from the results page within that window.
Exports require available background processing and can continue after the tab closes. Download the complete ZIP and keep your own backups. See Support for help.
