What you get
- One ZIP file, with a folder for each product or everything in one folder.
- Filenames by SKU, product name or the original filename.
- An image details spreadsheet (manifest.csv), if you want one.
- A failed-downloads.csv report listing any image that could not be downloaded.
Good to know
Photo IDs, not links
Wix’s export lists each photo by its Wix media ID instead of a link. Parcel turns every ID into its address on Wix’s media server and downloads the original file.
File names
Wix names products with a long code, so Parcel uses the product name instead: “Café Ceramic Bowl” becomes cafe-ceramic-bowl. Two products with the same name get -2, -3.
Variants
All of a product’s photos go into its folder. Parcel doesn’t sort photos by variant.
Videos and digital products
Product videos are left out; Parcel downloads photos only. Wix doesn’t export digital products, so their images aren’t in the file.

A few things you might be wondering.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Use Wix’s own export, then upload the CSV here. Parcel never asks for your Wix login.
Are videos included?
No. Parcel downloads the product photos and leaves videos out.
How are products counted?
Each product with at least one image counts once. Variant and photo rows count with their product.
Are images resized?
No. Parcel downloads the original file from Wix’s media server, not a resized copy.
